FS: I4 Turbo sub kit
This kit was made for my I4 03 Tib to build 450hp to 600hp depends on the injector and sponsor that I was planning to get from Japanese company using IHI turbine.
Since we are planning to build V6 single turbo kit, I am parting out this special kit.
Due to compatibility of other items from GK to RD, I will sell only a few things from this picture.
I4 AXIS custom made turbo exhaust manifold made to adapt Tial sport wastegate and turbine like T25, T28, GT28R, GT3050 etc.
aluminum mandrel bend intercooler pipings suppose to look like this once installed
600hp+ FMIC
For above sub kit including AXIS turbo manifold, FMIC, intercooler pipings.
Willing to part out for $1,500
Following items can be added with my net cost buying along with this kit. Price will be given to PM only.
TigerLily RD 350cc injectors available
TigerLily RD 580cc injectors (need to order)
TigerLily RD/GK metal gasket with thickness of 2.08t and lowering compression to 8.5:1
Haltech standalone ecu for RD

I am using this parts to sell as complete turbo kit in nt.com for 350hp 03 I4 car.
Following informations is from 03 I4 Tiburon owner in Korea supplying some turbo parts to me. His car has 600hp turbocharged and send me some info for parts need to build 600hp car.
I don't know how this will apply to RD Bosch engine unit even though it will use MOTEC or HKS Fcon Vpro Gold.
Tips to build 600hp later on...............................
Turbine need to replace to one of following
1) IHI RX6-TCW77LS
2) GARRETT 3560
3) GREDDY TD06-25G
4) APEXi AX75F-82
Wastegate : control 29psi type, Trust, HKS, Tial
Injectors : 650cc~850cc
Turbo high cams : 268 in/ex, 272 in/ex, 274 in/ 268ex
Clutches : OS GIKEN twin plate, Ogura twin clutch, VHR twin clutch kit
Con rods : recommend forged or titanium like Pauter or Crower
80mm intercooler piping kit
85mm turbo exhaust system (sinlge type high recommend it)
Forged pistons : any brand
Fuel pump : 280l/h
Management system : MOTEC, HKS FCON VPRO BY R.E.A.L. KOREA
