This is just my opinion.. I know how it feels to wait along time for your order...When I ordered my back window spoiler it took around a month to get it...The reason for it being so late was UPS lost it in shipping...But the thing is,, be greatfull that Shark Racing is giving us good products for are tibbys...If it wasn't for them we would all have some pretty plain sharks....Sam and everyone else on the team try to give us the best customer satisfaction they can...Personaly I think they go way to far to please us...So instead of bitching all the time how about saying thanks....I know this little opinion of mine is going to piss alot of people off,,but thats what I do best....

The thing is give Sam and everyone else some slack.....

Plug-
It would be okay if we were only customizing our vehicles for looks around town, which I'm sure some of us are, but when there is other stuff, like sponsorships running on whether you are able to show or not, it's different. For instance, if I have to pull out of HIN-NJ because my car is not complete-no body kit, no intake (it's not just SharkRacing having shipping problems), I lose a full sponsorship. So, as I only have approx. 2 weeks to have this car ready, I'm a little anxious. Instead of delivering my kit, the shipping company sent a postcard from VA to let me know they have it. I'm blaming the shipping company for this-it takes two days for the postcard to get here (on Sat) and then they don't open until tomm to call them back to "make arrangements" to get my products. Then, they note that they will bill me storage fees. If I had gotten my shipment even last week when PA, NJ, and NY got theirs, I would not be venting on this post, but now, the shipping company-mainly, is pissing me off.

I'm not trying to sound angry or anything when I ask about my orders. I have gotten some products already and I am happy with what all Shark Racing has done for me. But when I am told to expect a package a certain day and it doesn't come, that's when I get nervous and start emailing to find out tracking numbers to make sure it didn't get lost during shipping or anything. I know that it isn't Shark Racing's fault at all, it is the damn UPS!
