Customer Service? (Yam)
Has anyone been able to get ahold of Shark Racing customer service? I have been trying for a few weeks now, and when I call I get this out to lunch recording. I have tried almost everyday at all different hours with no answer. Can I get an exact time when you can be reached? I am trying to find out about a product that was ordered for me a month ago.

Well, the only time you should get a lunch recording is from the hours of 12-2 usually...pacific time. There are 4 lines to the sr warehouse, and during the hours that are listed on the website each week, you should be able to get through to someone at ext. 23. Dont forget to take away 2 hours if youre in wisconsin. For example, right now, its 6 where you are, but we are closed since its 4 here....the website showed the hours of 9-4 today.
