Here is your update ---

In this new week, I will be getting the pics developed of the headers, and I will post them up on the web page and also here on the forum.

I currently have no O2 sensor hole in the headers - I will need to know how long the cables are on the O2 sensors so I can locate them accordingly.

Coating is available in Blue, Yellow, Black and a Silver colour which is very nice!

I am forced to increase the price of the headers by $15.00 for reason that the S.A rand has strengthened against the Dollar - the revisedprice is now $190.00USD this price is basically cost price and still very low compared to the other products in the market today.

Shipping I will have to confirm for a total number of headers. the shipping will be more than the radiators GB as the volumetric sizeof the box will be much larger. I will confirm this in the new week.

Hey Chris,

Are you shipping to Banner again? Cause if you are I could just have him bring me the headers with me, Tony, and Jaws' radiators. If he's cool with that.

Rols,

Don;t worry I feel the pressure... lol

I will be shipping to banner again yes, BUT the headers will only be ready by the time the radiators arrive in the USA.

Once these are done, I will ship them to Banner, so if you want Banner to keep them until your heades arrive then only do the ground shipping - it is up to you.

Thing is - will you be able to not see your radiator until the headers arrive - I reckon and am willing to put money on it, that you won;t be able to wait... eek!

Chris,

I think youre right man. I'll prolly just ship the headers later. Man I just painted my heat shield blue cause my stock headers are so ugly. Obviously if I HAD to do that, I'll HAVE to get the RAD as soon as I can do to my limited patients. hehe

OK - guys here is the latest info on the GB ---

I have been changing ID's and header designs to come up with the best flowing design. After a few changes (thats what took me so long) I have found the best overall solution for headers on the BETA engines.

Now I can put up the pics and start the GB. The headers are no longer going to be 4-1 headers, but instead 4-2-1 versions, the ID of each runer is 41mm, and the ID of the collector at the knuckle is 48mm, equal length runners and ceramic coatings make this an unbeatable package.

Here is a picture of the ceramic colours available for the headers so long..... before I post a picture of the actual header (which looks better than these in these pictures) I need someone to tell me or mailme a picture of EXACTLY where you want the O2 sensor connector made on the header.
