Sorry, none of your orders came through. I did see a bunch of failed orders. Are you using the same CC as when you ordered the tail lights?

 

Are you sure none of them went through. I had $70.16 withdrawn from my account not long after I put a order in!!! I will check back with my bank to see whats going on. Yes, it is the same card I ordered my euro's with.

 

Well, I just got off the phone with my bank. They said that my first order had went through and was waiting for approval with you guys. They said the next 3 did not though. But they were all for the same item. I just thought that all of them had failed so I kept putting them in because I know the money was in the bank. Can you double check to see if my order is still pending with you guys. My bank said that if the order is not pending with you guys then they need a call from shark racing so they can take the pending order off my account and put the money back in to my account!!! Sorry for all this crap!!!

 

Okay, you actually tried to place six orders recently, two on the 12th, one on the 13th and three on the 14th. This is Korean time, by the way. All were for clear corners, and all were failed. The only completed order that we got from you was for the tail lights on August 25.

If you can give me the number for your bank, as well as the contact person that I should talk to, I'll give them a call tonight.

OK. The bank name is called Huntington Nat'l Bank. The phone # to the one here where I live is (937)325-9221. Or you can call 1-800-480-2265. Then when it gives you your options you push the #0 and it will let you talk to a representative of the bank. That would probably be the easiest one to get through on. I dont know who it is you would talk to. They didnt give me a name. They said to just call.

 

So have you tried to call the bank yet??? Today is the 17th. I think I am going to retry ordering it again here soon....
