Dear customers,

I will summarize what I have told to our US Admin, Jeremy (Zimmerman).

If you guys remember, there was a counter on the right part of the web page.

Our hosting server suggested us to remove that counter.

They claimed that it takes some time off when the web page FIRST opens.

Right now it is gone and I am yet to hear feedback from Jeremy.

You cannot ping our site because hosting service blocked pinging access.

So "Request timed out" is not a problem.

The worst could happen now is that we change our hosting service.

They told us that they will fully refund us.

But I have told them that that is not the point.

We need a working web site for everyone in the world, not just full refund.

So please stay tuned and you are welcome to e-mail us feedbacks whether our site is working or not.

I hope to fix this as soon as possible.

Thank you.

TM

Thanks for posting again my friend, I tried again last night on IE and Mozilla and it still won't come up. I seem to be getting the "page not found" error MUCH quicker than before, but it's still not found.

So the counter didn't fix the issue.

I am no internet expert so, maybe what I am about to right is BS, but it's what I understand with my current knowledge:
I can open at home now, but not at the office, and I am also getting a very quick "Request Timed Out" message, it's this one:
Technical Information (for support personnel)
Error Code 10060: Connection timeout
Background: The gateway could not receive a timely response from the website you are trying to access. This might indicate that the network is congested, or that the website is experiencing technical difficulties.
Date: 7/14/2006 9:05:07 PM
Server: S-ISAPROXY1.dom-bansud.bspe
Source: Firewall

From what I understand it would have to do with the ISP settings and DNS's or somethign like that, it's like all the access coming from certain places or foreing ISPs are entering through a single entrance to your server, so what might be bussy is not the website itself, but the communication channel to access your ISP.
If it is that, there is little you as kspec can do, BUT you can tell them about it so that they might be able to come up with some solution.
Also, usually the upper picture on the kspec site is very big, why don't you try to downsize it A LOT, like putting nothing at all there for a couple of days to see if that helps; the amount of pictures on the website home is so big that it might be interfering with time outs.

Just wanted to help...
