a bar that goes across the top of the battery? then you'd need 2 long j-bolts...

we sell 'em at sears auto. there's also a cross bar that is adjustable

Yeah man, just get a generic one. If you need the OEM one, we can get it for you, but S/H is prolly more than the parts.

What happened to your stock one?

it was never a bar that went over the top....

it was that clamp at the bottom-front of the battery (i'm sure you all know what i'm talking about).... and the bolt will NOT fit in the hole now for some reason. i've got mini-bungee cords holding it down now.

the ones i'm referring to though, are the more billet or anodized looking ones that DC sports or Tenzo or any of those lame honda companies make (haha)

Oh, rice.

LOL

You'd have to get one of those as far as I know, no one makes them for us.

well when you say "hold down bar", that sorta refers to on the top of the battery. i thought you wanted to change the battery set up

don't know what to tell you about the bolt not fitting anymore. is it different?? hmm. weird

no, that is what i was talking about shark.... you're right

i changed the battery to something that doesn't suck so hard until i get an optima

now it won't fit because it's a bit wider. i wanted a rice bar anyway, so i was just seein' what's up. i havn't found ANY for our cars, like REDZ said....

remove your current battery, drill a hole in the back, buy some long stud bolts, and a piece of aluminum, and make your own. Thats what i would do.

Like REDZ said there are none made for our cars..b/c we already have a hold down....just not the kind you are looking for...but if you really want some rice...buy one for a honduh, and modify it to make it work.

it's not the rice look i'm going for, it's the actual HOLDING down that it does..... as opposed to that cheezy ass little bracket.

i like to make sure my battery isn't going anywhere - i don't give a phuck what it looks like.

i think i'll go with your idea tibwrcsbj.
