bad service

Default bad service

I ordered a wing from here and after i got it i found out they sent me the wrong brackets, so after i sent it back 5-6 weeks ago they said it would take 2 weeks to get the brackets back. So i just wanted to say i am not happy at all with service from real-engineering and i will never buy from here again.

And i still haven't got my brackets or an e-mail in the past 2 weeks letting me know what is going on. I am just very mad right now.

As far as I know Rick is still out of town. He posted to let everyone know that.

Yup. Rick posted awhile back that he'd be gone to Korea for at least 2 weeks.

I'll buy from him lots of times.

Rick's awesome and has helped me out tons in the past. But currently I am waiting on my bodykit and fenders. I know hes out of town but its been well over too weeks and I cant help but be anxious to get my parts. At least a date when I can expect them would be nice...I have nothing but faith and confidence in Rick and I know he wont screw anyone over but I wish he could just post here or email us to let us know whats going on. A lot of people have given him moeny and now left hanging while hes gone.

Rick is awesome. I know he said hes gone to korea and all but maybe he extended his trip? I have paid partial for the fenders so far and would like to have them but im in no big hurry to get em. He does alot for our community with having custom parts made and importing things and i feel that he is working to do even more for this year. I will always buy things from him may take a little longer than normal but i know they will be quality and exactly what i need!

^^totally agree. Im not in a terrible rush either but I just wanna know when they are coming so I can have a time frame of when my car goes to the shop. Thats all. I also need me some Real Engineering decals laugh.gif

^^^^just a agreeing with the last 2 post..Rick seems to be doing everything he can for the tiburon/kdm world..and the way I look at it if he comes back emptey handed then complain...But he might have something big for everyone in his back pocket..so be patient give the man time and let him visit his home country.Thanks Rick and hope you enjoying yourself...Chris

^^^^see why should one guy get his pantys all up in a bunch cause hes taking to long...not trying to make eniemies just give the man a chance..its not like there is a wide selection out there for our cars if it wasnt for rick and david!!! oh yeh the only person I am upset with is the company rside...and any other korean company that are stop making parts for us...man I just got my car and after spending all this money to fix it there isnt going to be anything left to buy...cause they stopped making stuff

I'm not saying Rick doesn't make mistakes, he is human (I think wink1.gif )
But he will correct it, I've known of a couple personal ones,...
A friend of mine with a GK a few years back, bought from rick some trim rings like these : http://www.kspec.com/list.php?ac_id=84&ai_id=1161

Anyway, they were in Pre-production back then, and he pre-paid Rick, well a few months went by and he was getting anxious, and at that point Rick still hadn't gotten any new info from his supplier. Rick offered to refund the money no problem AS WELL to give a little more back, cuz he messed up (kinda like interest). But my friend said, no worries, and just got the orginal amount back. Well,.. when Rick actually got stock of these, he sent my friend the trim rings FREE!!! Cuz of all the confusion, and delays, etc.
Another story,... back in the day like in 99 (Yup, he's been around LONG) a former RD owner got a hose set from Rick, and Rick shipped him the wrong ones, well Rick told him to keep it, cuz they weren't very much and sent him a whole new (Correct) set.

And the stuff I've bought from him, I've had no problems.
