Default To all having problems

I to have sent loads of emails a few days ago i sent another email saying why have i not recieved a response and again listed what i wanted to happen with the refund. I got a reply in about 2 days saying to ring in to confirm what i had asked. I did this and it was sorted out with 5 minutes and i ordered my new part. I then sent a confirmation email so that i could tie in with the phone call and change part of the delivery address. I got a reply to this the same day. They even did me a small favour. So if the dilevery goes well all i can say is just resend your emails once more or even better still call the number as it looks like customer services has just got a whole lot better now the new staff are inplace and they have had a little time to settle in.

I am not siding with SR, as you know i was really p!$$ed off with the service myself. I am just saying i finally got a really fast response not once but three times in a row where as before i didnt get even one reasnable response never mind fast. So just give it one more try and hopefully you will get the service i just got, as SR has maybe sorted out the problem they had with employing more people specificaly for this. Which also means they did listen to our winges.

i myself am not pissed that much at the service as far as answering questions and emails. However as far as the Delays There are way too many delays for the CAI i dont know the real reason but its getting annoying I do not want a refund so if thats what your gonna say; its not what im gonna ask for.
Just to give you some ECON 101 you know when Demand is high and supply is low in this case Zero. Prices could raise cause demand will continue to rise. But when Supply is too low for a very long period of time DEMAND will fall and that will cause companies prices to rise to make up for the loss. But in actuality demand will stay low and soo the company will learn that they have to lower prices again to maintain sales. So what does this mean... AT this point product should already been sent...If this were the case the demand would remain high and sales grow strong.

ken@sharkracing.com is who i got the email from but i just got of the phone talking to Bradley and he said he doesnt know what the hell they are playing at as that guy might have just sent it to the wronge address by mistake and not to worry it was processed a while ago. He is getting straight onto them now to sort it out. Hopefully all is well and its just a mistake. Im still clinging on to the fact that you have always delivered before so ignoring recent problems all is fine as i dont regard the euro light thing as a let down as it was better than you just sending out naff lights.
Anyway if you get any info just let me know please even if it is just a reasurance that they are on the way.

Thanks

Just roelised after looking at your info that you are Bradley so hopefully you were right. Sorry i didnt reolise it was you.
