I finally installed my new suspension! It took me two weekends to do it, but I did it. All the shops around town
were quoting me around $400 just for the labor, so I said F that, I'll do it myself! The only real problem I came
across was rounding the rusted nuts on the rear swaybar link bars that were attached to the struts. I tried to get
replacements as quickly as possible. I found some on Rockauto, namebrand Spicer? I hope they are good quality. As
you can see from the pics they are slightly more robust than the stock link bars. The Tib feels so much more solid now
not so much body roll. I freakin' love it! And it looks awesome. Time to get some new tires now. Here are some pics
I took while working on the car, and some before and after shots.
My garage floor seems to have a weed problem of some sort, and Tercel steelies make great jack stands!
