Okay, I don't know who knows about this, but when I was gone for 2 days, back about 2 weeks ago, I was in El Paso picking up a RD2 for the wife.
That's right, we got another one. ninja.gif laugh.gif smile.gif
When I was in Kansas and out to buy a new car, I went and test drove my first RD2 (I had liked the RD1's but couldn't afford one at the time). It was a Manual, and the yellow (Yes, I like that yellow) that I liked, but I didn't pick it up as it had no spoiler or Sunroof/Fog combo.
Anyways, about 2 weeks later, I get a call from the dealership that a tib had shown up that afternoon and that I might want it. That's the car I bought.
Anyways, about 2 months later, my brother in law, loving my car, bought the yellow one.
He got in a bad accident about 2 years ago and it hasn't driven since. Don't get me wrong, it starts, runs, drives fine, but he was gone to Iraq 2 times and didn't get to finish getting it fixed. He bought almost ALL the parts it needed to get it 100%, and it only had 75,000 miles on it (LOTS OF FREEWAY MILES), brand newtires, and is actually in pretty good shape.
Looks worse than it is.
I'm lookin for parts here, please, if you can help a brotha with them, I'd appreciate it.

Anyways, I only owe 2500 on it. Not bad eh? 2 Tibs will be paid off next year. Then I'm pickin up a Subaru Baja.

I like that Yellow tone too! It's very racey (don't get confused with ricey) and enhaces the Tib lines.
Now that you need parts, why don't you turn it into a RD1? You only need to change hood and bumper... that way you will end with both gens!

well, looks like the perfect candidate for a body kit, REDZ.
As for the Subaru Baja.. I thinking of getting one of those next year as daily driver, but it is going to be the Turbo model. I wonder if they can bring that up to STi specs?
