I think I'd have to go with blue LED underglow if I were to glow my car out. Speaking of the parade of lights, my uncle sold 60,000 green LEDs to DisneyLand in California last year.
Maybe I'll look at that as my next mod. It flows nicely with your car. I'll do some photochops and see what I come up with. I'd feel cheated if I bought a kit though... I'll have to look into the logistics of designing this.

I looked into designing my own kit, and if you value your time at all, just cough up the cash. It really is more than just a polycarbonate tube and LEDs... from the board that lines them up to shine the same direction, that also chases correctly, that is also water PROOF (not resistant), to figuring out a control box... it's worth the couple hundred bucks. From one LED guru to another... it would be more of a pain to make one than buy one.
Also, VARAD kits are now in rectangular tubes. Really low-profile for hiding the tubes. They're also using wide angle LEDs, rather than the typical half-pill shaped ones, they're flat and don't create a spotlight effect nearly as much. Though, I <3 Varad, so take my opinions with a grain of salt!

^^Well, I've been contemplating it... Wide angle is easy, just shave the LED down. For the bars, a piece of aluminum stock with clear liquid cement sealing the 3.1mm holes and holding the LEDs in place should work. 1 LED each inch with 1 560 ohm resistor on it. Painting the whole thing with liquid electrical tape should make it waterproof. As for a control box, a switch would work just fine. I could make it pulsed with a relay and a timer as well. I don't really think there is a need for the tube as long as everything is sealed and above the lower part of the frame. What do you think?
phorq i gotta question???
lol did you allow that those guys will put your car on they're website as a body kit ad???

Yeah, VIS went and used a pic of my car from a while ago. Crummy pic to, I had just taken the cover off of it in the winter. You can see the mirror is still folded and the passenger side blinker is missing.
I contacted them to let them know that I had modified the front bumper to remove the license plate "tooth", and what they were selling didn't look like my kit. After many emails, they never got back to me. Oh well.
