I wouldn't do the same myself because i like a cleaner look but i still think it looks good and it would have cost more than that hear in WA...I guess custom paint and body work cost different amounts across the US..I also think the paint has helped him win at Nopi quite a few times i believe could be wrong.

And "MK3design" i have no problem..it just seems that the community hear like the cars that have the stock look but are turboed....so you can keep your hidden comments to yourself.

Is there a problem with stock body panels? Especially on tibs, they look good how they are....

thats actually veilside tibs car i did most of the work on that car. Ya he loved the chrome rims but every ones got there own style but the rest of the car looks sick that car is super clean in person. And everything is authentic on the car he was one of the very first people to get the veilside when it came out.

That's not an ugly tib, it was actually one of the nicest OEM style tibs around. That guy was a good friend. Majin Cithonan was his name, from HA.com. Think he posted here for a bit too. He bought a WRX then sold it and bought another RD2.

Hell of a guy.

 

he actually sold his WRX to get another tib? dedicated man, many lesser men would have kept that stock boost.
