It actually didn't work. It slowly inflated a few seconds after the impact.

Heres my poor tibby about four years ago a few months after I just got her:



It doesnt look that bad on the outside but she sustained a good amount of damage on the inside (had to get a new front axle, cv joint..pretty much all the suspension components in the passenger front side)
