You see that metal stipping above the headlights and how it's rusty as hell...I hate it. And I'm wondering what you guys would do to get a new one. It's beyond fixing. I tried taking it off and almost snapped it in half because its so thin from all the rust eating it away so I thought I might as well leave it on until I get a new one. So any suggestions would be appreaciated.

It's kind of slotted under a little bit of the bumper but I don't think it helps hold it on.

typical-... i just threw away 2 of those from my previous tibs. yeah it happens to almost every tib. it's not directly connected to the bumper-... but more like a spacer.

Try sanding it down and painting?
