Full motor rebuild (.035" piston to wall clearance)
Ported Beta II head with Ferrea springs
Quiafe LSD
AIRRAM intake manifold with System BBTB
Braided stainless steel air lines
Front and rear engine, and transmission billet mounts
Turbo coolant supply from heater hose outlets on back of thermostat housing
Firewall bulkhead connectors
Should have the rest finished by the end of the weekend, just waiting for new rad hoses.
Photos from earliest until end of today's work.

Front bumper and lights are back on now, tomorrow i deal with some electrical issues and install my tapped oil pan in place of the non tapped one i have now. This block originally had an Alpine turbo installed and the tap location in the block will not work with this turbo location.

Fuel. Spark. Good cranking signal. No leaks...time to try a cold start. Fail. Too cold for an initial start up, had some rough idling but not steady enough to keep torturing the engine. Flooded the cylinders and gave up until a warmer day.

Since the original post and motor install I had to remove the engine and trans again due to an oil leak which turned out to be a missing galley plug. In all my moving around and lots of small parts I overlooked this somehow. So that leak was fixed and everything went back together only to find one of my axle seals had a small leak, I drained some trans fluid and replaced the seal. All is well...for now!

Everyone sing with me...IVE GOT HOSE, IVE GOT HOSE!
I replaced my old set due to them having coolant taps installed, before tossing them out I had the idea to cut one to replace the 90deg hose going to the thermostat housing...all silicone now!
