i actually love the look of the rd2 stockers. if they were bigger i woulda kept em. with em painted if the car was lowered it would look good i think. i liked my car with kit, lowered, and stockers, and urs are painted. so if your in the market for new rims, go for it. otherwise they look good

^^ 17's too big??? 16's look to small!! 17's are nice with a drop, I love the way my car rolls and sits.
I had steelies to my 17's so the wieght difference wasnt too much, but definatly still slower now, with your rims now and average cheap 17's your going to feel it more than steelies... Get some 17's, deal with the maybe 1/10-2/10th's of a second slowness and deal with the sexyness. The ride hardly changed, but the handling is MUCH better with a 40 series sidewall. I love my 17's and wouldnt go anysmaller unless I had a set of 14-15'' rotas for the track. IMHO!
Go look at xxxmonoxidechilds car.

Eh... the rubberband tire look does not look well with Tibs at all... 17s are too big.
As said, if the stockers were 16s i would keep them too.
I'd get a nice 16 inch rim myself.

17's do not look too big on tibs. The problem with 17's is that the majority of them are too heavy and you pretty much have to run 40's on them which kinda makes for a rough ride.
