Hey guys and girls, I painted my Valve cover yesterday fallowing the DIY that was posted here, btw great diy, I really dont know how many coats I did on them but i sure did a lot, more that five coats i believe. And i drove it after like 3 hours after letting it dry, and it doenst show any bubbles or anything, it looks like its holding on pretty good, anyways, here are some pics.

















Srry for all the repeted shots, but i just didnt know whitch one was good enough for u guys.

at first I thought you painted plugs cover, but valve cover is much better, red with black fing02.gif

Nice work, the only think i can see is it looks like you didnt get down in the bolt grooves very well? or is that just dirt? other then that looks awesome!!!! fing02.gif

^^ Ye I saw same thing. Paint probably didn't stick well as if you don't take a good amount of time its hard to prep those little areas properly.

Overall it looks pretty good.

Looks good! Would have been better if you got the orange paint to match your car.
