I'd had the Tantrums for about 4 years and they really were looking worse for wear.

The journey of getting wheels hasn't been an easy one......
(Yes I have captive rotors)

*Ordered Konigs which I waited 3 months for, so I cancelled. Spotted a set in a local shop and hated them so had a lucky escape.

*Ordered different wheels which had recessess anyway. Wheels arrive, no recessess!

*Spotted problems with 2 of the tyres on my old wheels, so had to fork out for 2 new tyres.

*Sent new wheels back for machining

*Got new wheels back a week later

*Went to fit rears but screw was in the way, panicked, but then impact driver to the rescue!
<span style="color:red">
*Fitted rest of wheels, and then my mother knocked one over, scratching the face of it!!

So nice new wheels except for the scratched one - I never even got off the drive!!

Anyway, here are the pics....

Default Is RD Tuners Ontario dead?

Looking VERY good... and I feel for you with the rims. When I put my Enkei's on.. I did not drive a hundred miles when the car had to go in for inspection. One of the idiots there dropped the one rim on it's face...

Question for you though... I LOVE the gaiter (shift boot here in the US) what is the little black button with the red markings on it just in front and to the left of the shifter?

nice wheels! umm, what kind are those? mine are from REV. i ordered mine for $750 and they came untouched. The inside of my rims look like yours.

i was about to warn you about those konigs. i fell in love with them too. they look nice--by themselves. i didn't like them when i saw them on a protege. so i kept looking for countless hours until i finally found the ones i would never get tired of.

the ones i have look great at stop or when driving... i love how some types of rims just never get boring. yours remind me of ferrari f50.

We have to pay a road-fund license here, you buy either 6 or 12 months at a time. Its a legal requirement. Anyway, when you buy your road fund you get a 'tax-disc' which you display on your windscreen. So its nice to have something pretty to put it in!

The chrome gear gaiter surround doesn't hold the gaiter, its just decorative. Its standard on the F2 Evolution, I spoke nicely to my dealer and got one smile.gif
