i think my centerline storms should be comming in end of this week or start of next week, the polished looks nice on a white tib. think i might end up powdercoating mine since mines blue with tint and smoked tails

had the same exact problem. i finally decided it was time to get a replacement when people started arguing over the free pump. this stupid dumbf*ck lady pissed me off. the pump was just lying there, i was so nice about it, "excuse me i need to inflate my tire, it won't take but 2 seconds. she grabbed it and shouted at me "NO"

anyways, your car looks like mine! however, i do not think the new rims satisfy the car. don't get me wrong, it's a beauty and congrats on them, rims maybe overdone design and seem a little bit out of date but i've definitely never seen them before anywhere. those types of designs look a little inside out. maybe it's just my preference i like rims that pop out. then again i only like two or three rims and am very picky. chromed parts look awesome though! 20% tint is just like mine. sweet.

nittos are great and have been around forever. glad you decided to go back to 17's instead of 18's.

 

Did you use an airbrush for the chrome trim, or how did you manage that?

 

Just looks like a solid tape job to me. Personally I think he should make a DIY up. smile.gif

 

HE DID do a DIY on the chrome paint, and showed pics of it months ago.

As for the rims, those are Th3 s3x mang. Really. I TOLD you that the lighter rims make a hell of a difference, didn't I?

 

very nice interior, love how those silver go so well with the black. Very clean tape job as well.

The wheels seems to be a bit too blingy for me, but the weight sounds awesomly light.

 

Ye, I learned the hard way. I was detailing one of my Dad's cars when I was like 15, and automatically thought:

"Hey, really shiney wheels! Must be chrome!"

Grabbed some chrome cleaner and sprayed it on. Awmegawd, I was in panic mode for like three hours buffing and buffing and cleaning and cleaning to get it to look somewhat normal. Thankfully I only sprayed one wheel with it.

My Dad was none too pleased, although you can't really tell... after I slaved for hours to get it back to 90% condition. owned.gif
