^ I've been trying to convince him to take the blocks out from under the rear leaf springs to level that truck out but he insists on leaving it where it is. He actually wants to get a set of 18 inch wheels with slightly larger tires, it has 22" wheels from the assembly line. It's full time awd which is kind of a drawback and they dont come supercharged like some of the 2wd models. We picked up 4 girls....at the same time like last week in it. fing02.gif I think im gonna tint my tails and 3rd brake light tomorrow. I dont know about tinting the headlights, i really don't want to reduce visibility my low beams are bad as it is. Therefore i'm buying HID's and then i will see how bright those are.

yeah.. dont tint the headlights.. lol just paint the bezels black. it gives the headlights a MUCH nicer look.

but i would do the corners and markers for sure, since light will still be visible.

So i went into autozone to get me some night shades and luck has it that they have no f'ing clue what im talking about so i just leave. Everyone who works in autozone where i live is a complete moron. But anyway O'Reilly hooked me up and i have a clear corner laying around that i tried this stuff out on it. It runs pretty easy so im going to have to be careful when i do it for real but im really digging it. I dont think im going to do the turn signals or headlight bezels but i am definately doin the tails. Does the night shades get darker after it sits for awhile because i think i put like 6 light coats on and thought it didnt do much until it starts to dry. I'm just wondering how many coats to use, the can says 3 but i want some input. Also can you notice if there is more application to a certain side of the tail?

You havn't brought it outside and compared it to your car yet. Do that and then you'll realize how much darker it is. Be careful, don't go too dark or you'll get owned by the police. I put a visibility line in mine, I sprayed 2 light coats, removed the tape, sprayed another light coat and then clearcoated the whole thing. It looks great, plenty dark to be considered "black". When I was spraying it, it looked like it was too light until I brought it outside to my car.
