Fixing My Lip. I Could Use A Keen Eye.

So, as the title says, I'm fixing my car's lip. It's been fiberglassed back together. Before i started sanding it down and prepping it for paint, I wanted to run this by you guys. I was thinking of using a black paint instead of matching the body color. I'd like some opinions or chops of how I could repaint this lip.
Here's the damage.
Here's a couple of shots from the other side of the car.
I would like to know if anyone thinks it would be possible to paint the damaged area black and have it flow with the rest of the car. This would avoid extra painting costs on my part.

Paint the car silver, and keep some of this on hand.
I don't think it'll be easy to paint the lip black and make it blend well. Do you have any extra blue paint?

Well, one day I decided my car was too busy so I decided to make a change and took off my rear air wing spoiler in the morning and put it on e-bay. That day at work, I was driving through a temporary dirt parking lot and hit a trench that the rain had made. As fate would have it, I cracked my spoiler and removed the rear air wing on the same day. My car is less busy.
I'm trying to redo the lip and I would like to be able to handle it at my level by prepping and painting black certain parts of it. I just can't picture a way to do it...

should look decent if you get a gloss black that somewhat matches your wheels.
simple project though
take lip off car sand the repair until just about flat then switch to 320 dry sand paper and use a sanding block to level it out.
primer it, use 600 wet sand paper to smooth it all out and paint it
if you want to spend the extra time and money spray the lip gloss black and after that dries do a fading affect with the blue on the top inch or so
then throw sum clear coat on it and youl be good

I'm trying to come up with a 2 tone scheme for the lip. I was thinking maybe the very bottom part could be black and bring black in from the air dams to the center. I just don't know how that would look. I can do a gloss black, but I can't do a cobalt blue myself.

Here's a blank if you have a good idea. My color scheme is blue/black and metal. I'm not electroplating, so blue and black are the only acceptable colors
I got a quote for a full repainting for $400 today WTH!??!? He said it was custom. I was like dude, it just needs paint. He said he gets problems with FG.
Oh well. I need to do something with this. Maybe All blue from a custom mixed spray paint can would be the best option? I havn't heard much of that option
