Nope, nothing from eastwood. A couple of years ago I bought a Honda Prelude for 300.00 to save miles on the Tib. I ended up repainting the enitre cabin and used this paint that created different textures. I belive its Rustoleum. Worked great. I'll let you know what it is when I get it today.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Ericy321 @ Jun 16 2006, 11:02 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>^Is it the hammered rustoleum? That stuff is great for interiors. I did my fg a pillar pod with it and it makes it looke oem. good stuff</div>
I was going to go with that, but decided on a different paint. Its like a rock flake. A little smaller and more grainy texture then the hammered. The hammered would look awsome to match the A-pillar! I think this stuff will work better to match the dash and the steering column. Pics of finished project will be up tomorrow or Sunday.

Update: Well, I got them in. Damn that took WAY too long. Pretty much an all day project to get them in. Had to go to the parts store to find adapters and such for the oil pressure gauge, then had to go to Wal-Mart, then the parts store, then the Tool store. I'm glad they are in, but, I gotta say, these where suppose to be the easy part of the turbo project and I almost got my ass handed to me. 02.gif smile.gif laugh.gif
The gauges where originally black, but I wanted to have them chrome to match my gauge bezel (yes, I chromed my gauge bezel with the Alclad 2 Chrome lacquer!) so I masked them off and started sanding. Low and behold, they where metal underneath the black paint, so I sanded all the paint off, used 2000 grit to get the big scratches out, and metal polish to shine them up. now they match my chromed gauge bezel.
All the work and EXTRA time was definately worth it in the end though. I am really happy with how they turned out. Let me know what you think. fing02.gif
