Any chance that the lens of the headlight could have that yellowish oxidization crap on it? I have 97 escort, and I smashed one light. The new one is crystal clear and lights up nicely, but the other is faded and yellow. I'm assuming the same is possible in this situation.
I heard that carb cleaner is great for getting that stuff off, or wet sanding it. I've seen it done before on older cars with plastic lenses and they tend to come out looking brand new.

yeah it looks like 8000k to me. there is light from it but you cannot see it in the picture because it's the headlights that point straight.
samurai, get some HID's on your foglights too. i garuntee it will be 100x better and will light everything up. hell i don't even need headlights anymore.
our projectors suck, but when you put HID's on the fogs it helps.

yea, those look exactly like pile_of_rd1's HID's. and he has the 10k ones.
definitly need a kit for your fogs now. just looks bad with those on. but scotts is the same way also.
im gonna go 14k when i actually order my kit.
