I've been looking up hotel prices at www.hotels.com and got some really good ones.

Frontier Hotel/Casino is prolly where we are gonna stay, they have a special for that time of year where you buy 2 nights and get 25% off.

Not to mention, it's a 3 star hotel.

Sahara doesn't sound bad either, but I'd rather get the Atrium Suite at Frontier I think.

I haven't been to Vegas since 97 and we stayed out of town for a wedding, so anyone got some suggestions?

Everyone from NT.com that is going is planning on staying at the Luxor, a few at the Sahara.

When it comes near the meet, perhaps we could get a list of cell phone #'s for everyone that is going to have, so everyone can contact each other.

On travelocity the Loxor is $89 a night (6-9 with 2 peeps) and the Frontier is ( Atrium Deluxe $53 a night) normal is $40. Im thinking about the Loxor my self.

I think the main toss up for people is the Sahara and Luxor.

But then again, it doesnt really matter. Id be staying at whatever the cheapest was lol.

All of the events and whatnot take place away from the hotels, so I really dont think its that big of a deal.

It would just be cool if everyone was at one - but thats not going to happen. There will have to be someway for everyone to communicate.

Boring Drive? 75 all the way thru NM, I love them long roads. It's beautiful from here thru Flagstaff.

Bad time to have a meet, in the middle of the week.

I think we should all decide on what everyone would agree on whether it be quality of the hotel or how cheap the room is. From what I am reading from this board, everyone wants the cheapest room that is decent. Considering that the meet is during the week we are already saving a whole bunch of money considering the rates are almost double on the weekend.

I think we need to start giving people an idea of how the four days will go so it will give more an incentive to go. We need to get everything planned out so it doens't look like we are disorganized.

That is just a draft - just a rough idea of when to do things.

It can be changed and altered, but I think its pretty good.

I dont think everything should be schedule-based and have people running around by a schedule, but I think its good to get a basic idea of whats goin on.

Whats "Clubagogo" and the luxor my be $89 a night but thats part of the fun to stay a nice hotel.

Since it looks like we won't be getting group rates, I may stay at the New Frontier, the rooms are VERY nice, it's a 3 star hotel and all, and goodness, you can't beat that deal.

Ok lets have a vote on what hotel everyone wants. Right now the main hotels on the list are the Frontier and the Luxor. If anyone has any other choices feel free to mention them. We should definately all stay in the same hotel so we can meet up in the lobby in the morning and organize better. Plus if we get rooms right by each other we can have a huge hotel party!

I know I am going and bringing a bunch of friends. But yeah for the hotel situation are we clear about the Frontier because I am going to start booking. Does anyone know how many atrium suites they have? I am sure we can get the rooms close together so we can have the whole wing.

Also if anyone has suggestions on what we should do that is not on the recently posted itinerary, I am sure we would all love to hear them.

I haven't registered my car yet but I will be doing that sometime this week along with booking hotel rooms. I am expecting on bringing about 3-5 friends along. The only problem is that we are all underage but strip clubs are 18 so we can join in on that!

Ok, I am officially registered for the event. How come you haven't registered yet Redz? We need some rd support. The gk's have us way out numbered. I also went ahead and booked a hotel room. The website said if they can get 100 people registered, which is very unlikely considering how many are signed up now, that they could get a group rate on some of the nice hotels like the luxor and excalibur. There is a 25 dollar cancellation fee if you use hotels.com so make sure you know where you all want to stay.
