Whatever dates the majority of those who voted is when the meet is going to be. I will say, that based on the results on all the boards, it looks to be the second week in Aug.

The polls were all opened about the same date & should have closed all on or around the same date. As stated in my reply above, I've been working alot lately... ( also I haven't been receiving any notifications that posts here have been made ).

Any tally results yet? I'm planning on driving down to Vegas with 2 days of driving planned to get there (from Seattle). I say 2 days so we can stop in Reno for a night and get to Vegas on the first day of the meet (which is...)...

I believe we we're leaning toward August so is everyone going to be there August 8th? Where in Vegas is the meet? I'm going to need some dates pretty soon so I can get to booking hotels for a week.

Last year Luxor was kind enough to host most of us. I need to call them again & see if they have the openings to do it again this year...

As for further details, I'm still working on some things. I would also like input from you guys on what kind of things you'd like to do while there....
