I'm tryin' to get REDZ and Java a decent rate/hotel between/near you and Viper, so far it's going well.
Unfortunately my schedule kinda changed and I can no longer make the event.

We are in desperate need of a car for the booth. The vehicle has to be IN PLACE by 1:00 PM on the 16th of SEP and cannot leave until the evening of 18 SEP. No exceptions to the policy are allowed. This makes me wonder if people who have entered their cars in the show are allowed to leave on Saturday evening or not.

that policy really doesnt make any sense... ive never seen a car require you to leave a car there over night unless it was an indoor show.... sometimes tehy require that of vendors but your not a vendor......
on show day im sure u can figure something out, i still wanna be in teh booth, i dunno if ill make it by 1pm on friday... as im driving down from buffalo... but i need my car to get around at night....so unless some1 wants to rent me a car for the weekend....

I don't understand it either Viper. Unless things are changing this year from what they have been in the last 3 years, they can't really keep you from entering the vendor area.
If it comes down to it and we aren't able to get a car in the booth Friday, I'm still going to try and get my car down through there and we'll just park it there Saturday morning...
