I believe unfinished requires your car to be at least 50% primer. It's an "under construction" category that they renamed I believe.

okay...the whole NOPI chic thing??? Does this mean its just a girls car or would I have to walk around in a bathing suit or something??? Someone let me know!

 

I believe the NOPI Chics are just the models who do the bikini contests and try to become NOPI Models. I think it's a NOPI Model Search type thing
