interesting.. i bet a lot of people are still going to be pissed. im sure a lot of people cancelled their hotel reservations and such, and might not be able to re-reserve the hotel.

wonder if this 'motorsports nationals' will replace 'nopi' nationals in the years to come, or what.

Sounds like its more just to have soemthing in its place this year. Will most likely be the exact same setup without the Nopi name behind it.

 

it just seems like NOPI would have invested a little bit into it, to keep the NOPI name on it.

from the sound of it from that article, it will pretty much be the same thing. but if its successful, and the new 'motorsports nationals' that these two guys put together, it seems like next year would be weird if NOPI wanted to have nationals.

something just seems out of place.. the guy is the host of NOPI TV, the other guy worked to setup the sound stage for NOPI. why wouldn't NOPI part sponsor it at least, to keep the name.

 

Who knows. Eventually I think it will turn into a Nopi event. They will score a big name artist to play and theres no way Nopi as a whole wouldnt sponsor it.

i still need to make it out to a NOPI (or w/e future holds for it) nationals soon, theres a few people id like to meet that go to nationals.
