BTW... you left that bible on the ground when you took off. It was the chock block under your rear tire. I picked it up.

After that there was one of the honda guys( or whoever that was to our rear right) peeling out by the track behind our cars then he took off towards the gate. I couldn't resist, so i drove over there all slow, like 10 mph, started my turn, pulled the e-brake and peeled some mad rubber on the takeoff swinging my rear end around, (FWD drifting action hehe). It attracted alot of attention. I heard the honda guys howling and yelling "That's a tiburon!!!!" as i was taking off.

It was the perfect 180 with a burnout takeoff.

It also attracted the attention of the cops. I got pulled over on the way out the gate....
cop: you having fun?
me: uh............ .......
me: yes sir.
cop: get the fvck out of here!
me: roger that!

I was laughing my ass off.

maybe the power of the bible stopped the cop?

The ones we mentioned above.

1st Place for Custom was a cool guy, in the Army, but he needs to slow down. I'm surpised his car even ran at all, the clutch linkage was cutting into all sorts of wire mess in his engine bay (All the sensor wires were ziptied and roughly electrical taped together), a pretty sloppy install of a beta 2 airram on a beta 1 engine, no gasket on the MAP sensor port that he had plugged, just lots of problems in the engine. The paint on it was a beautiful color, but the interior was painted white of all things. Looked OKAY, but not THAT good. It had a fake vielside kit on it, mostly molded, and not too bad of a job there. Rear seats were removed and he had like 2 10's and a amp mounted back there. Lots of open holes in the back interior and such where the seatbelts were taken out and stuff.

It was alright, I'll give him that, but the Red GK should have won 1st place. Hands down. Quality of that car was impeccable. The one that won 1st should have won 3rd, if that. The Next Gen supercharged GK with the bodykit should have won Second.



I'm just sick of the vielside. Honest to god, 80% of the RD's there had a goddamned Vielside kit on them, and they are just plain overdone. Hell, there was a nice RD2 with a vielside, gunmetal paint job, he looked GREAT.

I saw a couple RD's but I never saw thr RD banner but I did see the one that said "Korean" Hmm...Ohwell.

 

I want to see other pictures of NOPI from those who put them on digitial media.



REDZMAN: did u ever get ahold of NOPI to make a discrimination between RD and GK body styles next year?
