Kind of a last minute thing just decided to go. All classic and muscle cars.
It was raining off and on so we only stayed about 2 hrs. I would have stayed all day if it didn't rain 02.gif .
There was about 400 cars today but there was a 1000 yesterday.
Cars from 17 states and Canada were there all weekend.
Took about 90 pics so here they are: http://s185.photobucket.com/albums/x121/im...00/car%20shows/
I'll post a few up in here too:
I think this guy was going to win best of show. This car was amazing:
There were only 11 of this edition Camaro made now there are only 5 known to exist:

Nope no tuners. The closest thing to a tuner was our scooby in the parking lot lol.
Yes that entire car was very clean. Apparently the guy that brought it was the one who built it. The attention to all the little things were impressive.
It drew a crowd when he drove it in and later when he started it again. I couldn't even get a pic of the whole car because there were always people around it. It was my fav at the show and the engine and exhaust sounded sooooo good.
Another cool thing was at the Dynomax muffler stand. They had an engine set up running and the guys would switch between 8 of the different kind of mufflers and resonators. They would explain the differences during the demo and then run them on the engine.
You could really hear a huge difference between most of them. They went from quiet oem type mufflers up to high performance ones. It was interesting to see.

Now that is something that I'm interested in. I would love to have the resources to tune my exhaust. I have the perfect sound but it's too loud right now. I would like to be able to switch exhaust setups and find the absoloute perfect balance between power and sound. Mine is a touch too loud right now. It's basey and wide open, but it sounds great and people keep asking me what my setup is. I would like it to be a bit quieter so that it does not resonate inside the car and ruin the quality of my stereo at low volumes. Stock, my stereo would sound good at volume 8/40, with my exhaust i have to turn it up to 10 to hear it and 12 to sound good over the exhaust. Man I wish I were there, because it would have been a very eye opening experience. You should have got a video.

Wish I could have taken video but I don't have a vid camera. sad.gif
You reminded me of something at the exhaust demo.
They had a close to OEM muffler that was quiet but still straight through for better flow.
I just can't remember which one it was. mad.gif
I do remember the guy said that round mufflers are louder than oval.
I don't remember what you have but if it is round maybe try oval?

If you have any experience with welding or cutting, you could always try adding an extra resonator/glass pack. Or just a quarter inch smaller pipe, that would keep the pulses from the heads more in line, adding some HP while keeping it quieter
