last year was awesome. we got to see one of the first Genesis Coupes up close inside and out (RD's are still cooler haha) the look on all these generic tuner's faces is priceless when they pull up staring at the already 15-year-old RD subconsciously wondering how a Tiburon could be so much cooler than their car.
i'm still trying to scope out a good cheap restaurant to meet up, chat, grab a bite, but the really good ones either won't have parking, or are far away. last year was the most packed it's ever been. i don't remember it being like that! this year the campus admin will open the gates at 12 high noon, which sucks for us because it will probably be bigger, the lots fill up quick, and everyone will be getting in at one time which means we will have to be somewhat close in proximity if we don't want to wait for 20 mins at entry. i'll post up here with some restaurant options.
to be honest, this year especially, i don't know what to expect in terms of traffic jams. although (fingers crossed) i'd love to be stuck next to a lamborghini or ferrari one of these days.

they have guest appearances, and give out prizes but i don't know what kind. i've been to the Washington D.C. auto show, and this is by far cooler. most of the cars are incredibly nice, and super fast. this year it should be jam-packed because everyone's arriving at once but i think it's good because everyone will stay longer.
nearing 1 month away. who's down for a meet?
