<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Jeremy,
We have a program this year where we will be closing off 2nd Street on Friday, Saturday and Sunday so people can walk from one side of the street to the other as we are in both sides of the Convention Center. With the street closing, we are offering opportunities to car clubs to display vehicles FREE of charge. Our only stipulation is that they have to stage the cars before we open and leave them there until we close. We are only expecting a club to participate one of the three days. I do not want to jump in on your weekend, but just wanted to put it out there if you are interested. If you thought it made sense, and decided to have some club members display cars, they would get free access to the show that day and I would also be able to work out some guest passes so members' family and friends can hang out with them at the show and make a day of it.
I am currently at an Auto Show in California that closes on Sunday. If this sounds interesting to you at all, I would like to speak with you next week and see if we can count your club in. I also appreciate your offer to help with Larry Miller. I will have some time to touch base with the ABQ Hyundai dealers as soon as I get back. One of the things that happened to slow things down a bit was they took the Auto Show responsibility in ABQ away from the Southern California regional office as of January 2005 and opened an office in Texas to handle things. When we were in the midst of planning, Hyundai was too focused on the restructure to make any concrete decisions. Next week I will have a much better handle on how things stand.
Touch base with me if you think that your club would like to be in the show. Either way, I can send you some tickets to help you out that weekend. Good luck with the BBQ.</div>
oh and the trinity site would rock!!!
ok lets set up a itinerary
