TX2K10 (March 18-21)
I'm sure a lot of you already know what TX2K10 is and some of you have probably already been before. I've always heard its a blast to go to and I have made this the deadline for my car. Regardless of whether or not I finish my car I will still be going; I am just curious as to whether or not any one else would be interested in going to have a few days of fun.
From what I've been told/seen, there is a day of road racing, and then drags over the next few days, and I'm sure a lot of other stuff goes on as well. I haven't looked too deeply into the details.
If anyone wants to come in and caravan together your welcome to.. hers some info. Let me know splitting cost is always a good thing.
This car show is on almost every car message board out there it should be huge.
The official TX2K10 hotel is Omni Houston Hotel Westside (same hotel as last year). The hotel is located approximately 25 minutes from Lonestar Motorsports Park and very close to the night meet location. It's off I-10 and is very accessible from the interstate.

How can they have an official hotel if they are the "mother of all shows"? The last NOPI Nationals had 7,000 show cars, most had 2 people in them. 14,000 people cant' fit into a single hotel.
Just saying, this is not a "mother of all shows" event.
I was considering going until I saw the price.
