Currently in the works is national meet that will be held in Chicago, il. This is a center point for everyone. and no, i did not choose this location. I did volunteer to help plan this. How many of you would be intrested in somthing like this? there is plenty to do here, and plenty of transportation for those who would fly in. This is an all hyundai meet, and will be posted on all hyundai forums that are in the US.
Please let me know.
Mods, if there is anyway to get this a sticky, or more noticable, that would be great.

Why are they still putting up their own thing instead of just sponsoring one of the well organized ones that owners do?
And how the HELL is Chicago "central"?
Considering that the CENTER of the Contiguious US is near Wichita Kansas, Chicago is FAR from central. Why not Denver, or OKC?
Good lord.
At least it's about a years notice. I'll consider going.
But since it's WAY up North, why not post it on the Canadian sites too? It's more central to most of them than us.

chi-town isnt very 'central' lol..
question though, i don't own a hyundai, and probably wont be able to have another tib by then, would i still be welcome to the meet, since i used to own a tib? i can just park far away from you guys lol

im very sorry for the delayed response. i dont have a tib, and soon i will not have a hyundai. i purchased a 02 vette.
ive planned prior national events, so i thought i would help out with this.
the plan is... no plan. its a GI. if i get enough intrest, there are plenty of places i can have sponsor this. hyundai dealers would love this. theres so much to do here too. theres tracks, plenty of sports, a great nightlife.
like i said, once i see theres enough intrest, ill make it happen.
