well planing hasn't really begun for this yet, but i just wana get some ideas of what people would like to do. aside from the baloon fiesta ( http://www.balloonfiesta.com/ ) . which is a must for this meet.
its was an awsome experience at last years meet. laugh.gif

there are the pics from it.
well i have been informed that we can go rent a track and do auto x. here is a link with the info. http://www.rdtiburon.com/index.php?showtopic=7220
we can go to the drag track. its 10 to race and 6 to watch.
http://www.abqdragway.com/
we could even try and setup up a dyno/ tune day. i will get prices on this as well.
its all up to what every one wants to do. just let me or cysco know.
there are so many other things to list. i would be here all night, instead of working. any input from people who would like to attend would be greatly appreciated.

Just so folks know, it should be the weekend of 9 October.
And yes, it will be a blast. Prolly more fun than last years seeing how we have like 5 balloons to work on this time.

Well I know for sure that I will be working. No one gets any VAC during balloon fest, everyone has to work! Some crews at the site for the live shows and some at the station for the normal work shifts. I'll prolly work the evenings....and maybe have my car back from the shop. (Still waiting for it......since the last BBQ)

Guys, Eric here has a sweet 95 Elantra.
Anyways, anyone else planning on coming yet?

"What's up with the car?!" Well, that's a whole thread of its own. LOL Let's just say that when I hit a curb in Dec it bent the bolts holding the sub-frame. To time the crank they have to drop the engine in my car and those bolts posed a prob. Then, after trying 3 different cams that wouldn't work (it left the valves open) it turns out that the new lifters I got weren't the same as the new OE ones I got..yes 2 sets of lifters I bought. That's yet another story with shipping probs. Anyway. it looks like tonight I'll get the car. ANd the guys at the shop (Solid Technology) have been REALLY cool about everything. I've put them a week behind schedule! LOL
