Okay guys, Java made it here A OK last night, no problems. Took him out to eat and then played video games most of today.

Peter broke down about 20 miles north of ABQ and within an hour, we had a new starter for him, new grounding cables, and 2 cars full of desperate mechanics on their way back out to beat the sunset.

Wish them luck.

Tonight we are all going to a big dinner at a very good New Mexican restraunt near my house, and then watch the ricers play stupid on the street racing mecca of New Mexico, Montgomery Blvd.

More updates coming, and more pics.

BTW, we probably aren't going to White Sands now, but ya'll will see and LIKE why.

DAY 2.

Well, we switched some stuff around. We went to the dragstrip, so nice to see a line of 8 to 10 Hyundai's driving with us all day. Got some allright times, and I think Tom is now an 1/4 addict. ABQElantra almost broke into the 16's, with a 17.01, and I belive was the fastest Hyundai for the day.

Afterwards we all went to Sonic, then got ready and did the Sandia Crest run. You guys will LOVE the video both ways. VERY nice.

Later, and very sunburnt, we went up one other very curvy road that I like, some of us climed some rocks, and then we went home to nurse our wounds and found watch the film of the day. Afterwards, 1/2 of us went out to Texas Land and Cattle for a VERY good dinner.

On for today, the big car show, and the BBQ.

Time for more mexican food guys.

L8er.

he's not the only one riding shotgun this weekend 02.gif But it's all good: good company (rather than driving alone), good fun and good times !!!!
