Seriously, I think you losers (and by losers I mean those who didn't get first.... REDZMAN!) fail to realize that...

So the judges walk up see four Hyundai's and try to keep from laughing there asses off, decide well this one gets first, yours is second, and this one's third. and whichever injiption mutha f*ckin' magician locked this car and didn't even bother to clean it gets friggin LAST! (still Top 5 mind you wink1.gif ), hahahaha

Yea, that's the real story.
and JH~tibby, Nopi is all over the USA man so check out the closest even to where you are located.
Phoenix was just the first show of the year.

^^there was a GB for plexiglass spare tire covers a while back. Looks NICE with some LED's under on shining on top of it...

Try searching for it, I will be too because I'd like to get one but a lil' different image for the etched part.

I think Pat totally nailed it. The fact that we were the only ones there for our class, which included four other makes of cars,Daewoo, Kia, Suzuki, and Isuzu I think, is proof enough that they dont take us seriously. Honestly, the trophies didn't mean to much to me. As far as I am concerned, these trophies we won belong to you guys, the RD community. We represented you guys at the first NOPI meet this year and took all the trophies home in the name of RDTiburon.com. I got to hang with some great friends, meet some new ones, and get a little ownage on my main man REDZ!!!! cool.gif LOL J/K!!!! Sorry Jer, couldn't help it mang!

By the way, there should be some events happening in Denver this summer that I'll keep you westerners posted on. This show kinda got me hooked! smile.gif

Ehh, I sorta agree, but then, there were some DRAG RACE CLASSES that only 3 cars showed up for. That means that they ALL went to the semi finals.

Also, if you look at the winners listing for last year, overall, there was like 25 trophies given out. This year there were WAY more (I'm talking Nopi Phoenix here).

At the nationals, there are 2 strictly Hyundai Classes. That's not bad. It needs to get increased though, and the only way to do it is to GET YOUR ASSES OUT TO THE SHOWS! Go Drag your cars at the strips and get qualified. If you don't go, we don't grow.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Sorry Jer, couldn't help it mang!</div>

Bah, I'm glad I got something.

It will definately help. Got to get cars to the shows. Doesn't matter if you think you are ready. Doesn't matter if you have done TONS to your car. GET IT TO THE SHOWS. We have a few members we met at Nopi Nationals last year that have won 1st Place trophies with mostly stock cars for just showing up. SHOW UP!!!! Let others know there IS a market for these cars, that there IS aftermarket support.

Nope. NT didn't even have a thread about it. One GK showed up on Sunday to do the Dyno. Automatic too. He got like 107 to the wheels and wasn't very bright.
