Okay guys it'll probably run pretty much the same as last year, but we need to try to get some more sleep.

Anyways, this years BBQ will be during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, as usual, and will run from the 6th of October through the 8th. Take some time off of school, get a day or 2 off of work, and come meet some of the folks that make this site happen. We always have a good time, and almost EVERYONE is welcome (they know who aren't, LOL).
If you aren't familliar with the BBQ, please, look around the forums for the previous years threads and pictures. There is more info than you can shake a stick at, and we've not had one person dissapointed yet. There is enough room at local member's houses to hold several people, so all you have to worry about is getting here, back, and food.

I want to go so bad...but I just cant make that drive...But if someone that is sortof close to Kentucky is going...Then I might drive to were they are and ride with them if they want companie. laugh.gif Ill help pay for gas and all that jazz laugh.gif

anyways im in talks to buy a house out in edgewood as we speak
its a little out of the city but its quiet and in the mountains so that rocks
plus with 5 FRIGGIN BEDROOMS ill have plenty of space lol

In about a month or two we should spread a mass PM to all those who previously stated interest. Sorta like a pesky reminder. Unless that quartley Update E-mail uncluded something about the ABQ BBQ. Haven't read it yet...

A couple of things...
I want to go.
I will FLY out there (and I know my AM vs PM's).
I need someone to drive my ass around (or I can rent a car... let me know).
I can either A) stay at someone's house (no gay stuff... kay?) or B) stay at a hotel but this again goes with the rental car OR a designated driver.
I will plan on leaving PA Friday during the day (to get there sometime during the day/early evening on Friday). I will plan on leaving Sunday lateish and take off Monday from work.

Im thinking about coming down. The balloon festival sounds like tons of fun and Id definately like to hang out with all you guys. Im not decided if Ill drive or what yet but I got time to think about it. And ya, the quarterly email did mention the BBQ

its loads of fun folks. i should have some room for you pat if you dont want to spend the money on a hotel. i may some room for other folks as well how much more depends if me and the wife are in the house by then.
