South Carolina isn't that far, I just drove there in December to pick up my kid. Round trip in about 21 hours per leg. And I had NO clue what I where I was. LOL Not to mention, the cruise control was broke at the time.

I would love to be there, but I don't have enough vacation days left this year. It is a very long way from my place. Maybe next year.

I'm trying to be there. 13 hrs, 19 min (not a thing to a seasoned driver like myself)
Going to need someplace to stay that takes a dog and a kid.
I just need to decide how many days to take off.. right now I'm thinking 2 plus the weekend.

Sounds good. There are lots of Suites down here too, where you can get a good FULL room for the weekend or even a week.

 

Suite? Ehh. As long as the dog and I have a sleeping surface we're all good! haha

K lemme go buy a flight to ABQ, rearrange my college exams, ask my parents for "consent"(not permission though although i could get disinherited...) get a hotel, get a student loan to pay all the stuff mentioned before and i'll be set to go... :x
