I have a turbo I have been thinking about putting on my Accent. Not looking for massive power just more or less something to get started with. The turbo is a t4 with a .60ar on the compressor side and .115 ar on the exhaust side.....I do realize this is probably not an ideal turbo for an alpha but could it get me started? From what I understand it will spool up late....only really lookin to put 5-6 psi to it.

there is no such thing as an ideal turbo for the alpha. The rings sit too high on the pistons to accept boost. alpha motor + boost = KABOOM! If kept at a super low boost setting you might get away with boosting the alpha, but with so little boost, what's the point?
