you can get the pistons that fit stock rods but if you get pauter rods or any other rod for the car then you will have to send it to them to cut the pistons to fit the rods.
as for the power, i could'nt give you a definate number. it depends on if you get forged.
with forged you will have to warm the car up to allow them to expand. prior to warm up the pistons will slap the cylinder walls and sound kinda like a deisel engine.
cost, it depends on who you buy them from. i got mine for 400. some people may charge more or less. i also had mine custom cut for the rods.
