Seeing as I'm finally wrapping up the turbo install I've been working on, i realized that my smart self forgot to obtain a wideband sensor for monitoring the AFR accurately. I refuse to even start it up without having one in, so I'm now in the wideband shopping market. I was browsing the ebay selection, and came across the Uego kit from AEM, as well as replacement sensors. I've previously bought a narrowband "lightshow" AFR gauge, before knowing that the narrowband gauges were simply showy crap. Can I just buy the wideband bosch sensor used in the Uego kits and have it work with my cheapo AFR gauge, or will I need to buy the complete kit?

And if anyone knows of a better place to get these for cheaper, lemme know! Thanks everyone!

Cheaper than both yours -> http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/AEM-6-IN-1-...sspagenameZWDVW

The bosch sensor that comes with the uego setup is setup to be used with the aem sensor only, im not sure if it will work with other guages or not but for the price I put up you miswell get the aem.

hrrmmm that's what I figured. Now I just need to figure out if I want to save $20 and wait for the standard shipping, or get the "free" 2ND day UPS shipping.

I'm a big fan of the Innovative LC1, I got mine for around $150 with a gauge and I've had it on both my J2 and RD for well over 8,000 miles.

thanks for the input all. I just picked one up from a local shop for $190. Had I known, I would have bought KT's but I had already picked it up and am about halfway through the install. Sorry KT. I appreciate the offer though! fing02.gif
