I just want to know whos been able to pump out more than 300 horses on a beta motor, i'm asking out of curiosity cause i want to know whats the secret or mistery behind the beta powerplant, and what do you have to do to reach that mark or break it.

Default Racing rims with spinners?

littlejohn will tell you.

obviously pistons and rods are a must. some sort of tunable fuel management. porting&polishing everything will help when your pumping a lot of air through the engine with a turbo.

I know batlord is real close to that point but he was saying that the MAF is what is standing in his way. he is still trying to look for an alternative to a full stand alone.

as for now with a turbo system with innercooler, bigger injectors, bigger fuel pump and stand alone like haltech, you will need lower comp pistons that can handle 300+ hp, stock rods can handle 300+ but i changed mine cause i am trying to make enough power so when i hit 88mph i hope to generate 1.21 gigawatts of power so i can go tell myself not to get married to my ex-wife.....

when i get my final numbers, i may be able to tell you how to get 400+ to the wheels.

if you would like a list of all the parts, drop me an e-mail and i will tell you what i have for now. you can also find it if you search all through the forums like hyundai aftermarket and here.

Damn that was great, I'm sitting in class right now and that sh!t made me laugh out loud, lol.

I'll be at 200 prolly next week, then I hope to take that turbo as far as it will go. They say it will go up to 22 PSI.

For now, my list for to do's is

FMIC, E11, forged pistons, rods, new bearings (crank and rod), LSD (quaife), built axles, racing slicks, and a Bros speed 3 or 4" exhaust.

What I want to know is what electronics do I need, turbo timer, boost controller, all that good stuff.

Brian, your door panels are on there way man, but the bastards forgot to wrap everything, so you have parts bouncing around in there with no packing material! Let me know if anything is messed up so I can cause some sh!t.

hey blacktibs,

as for electronics, the e11 should have built in boost control. the e6k has it and it is older than the e11. just program it in after the base tune. you can program it for low boost on pump gas while your driving around and then have another one programmed for high boost and rae gas while at the track.

you will also have an a/f on the e11 but it would'nt hurt to get a seperate wide band so you can monitor your a/f without the use of a laptop.

forget about that crappy a/f guage that does'nt tell you crap.

turbo timer is cool so you dont have to wait to shut your car down it will do it for you.

what guages you plan on having? all i have is a boost guage, EGT and N2O. i may swap my N2O for oil or fuel.

also, what turbo are you running? i have the standard T3/T4 which will boost to 27psi.

oh, and thanks for the heads up on the package. i will be on the look out.
