im pooring out white smoke when im under boost only when i let off the gas then it starts pooring out i have the safc2 but its set a 0 on high and low thats probaly my problem but i dont know what to set them at im running stock injectors and a aeromaotive fpr any help would be nice thanx
white is oil. make sure your seal on the compressor housing is not bad. mine did the same thing when i would boost.
also, how much boost and what have you done to the motor in prep for the boost.

im running 4psi of boost and im running stock internals and the housing of my turbo smokes a little but out the exhaust its pooring after letting of the gas under boost
it's your turbo.... the seal between the compressor and the exhaust is bad.... did the EXACT same thing with mine...and the smoke is actually blue....you can only tell in certain light...i've noticed a TREND in speed-factor turbo's do this(no offence tim...it's not your fault)... i returned mine...and i'm waiting on a new one

You 2 are the only ones that have had a problem from all the turbos I have sold, but I guess with as many as I have sold there is bound to be a couple that have problems. 02.gif
And I should have an update on your turbo today Elliot.
Darryl, I don't think I can get yours replace for free since the kit has been on the car since April. I wonder what caused it to start smoking :?: :?: :?:
But when I call on elliots turbo today I will see what I can do for you on yours and I will hit you up. laugh.gif

this is actually a common thing with turbos. t3/t4 especially. i have dealt with turbonetics, greddy, turbo xs and many others. compressor seals go out if the turbo is moved around a lot durring install, by this i mean if you loosen up the clamp to allign the intake and exhaust housings to fit your car.
most people tend to loosen all the bolts around the turbo to allign both sides. this is a common mistake. on a new turbo, you should only loosen 2 bolts to allign it so that way the seals dont move around.
you can also replace the seal yourself instead of sending back the entire turbo.
