Hi all,
Im korean staying in South Africa and have been reading all the things about duel rails.
I think it really does work.
But I want to try something different.
I have already got exh manifold with diffuser, intercooler, oil cooler, decompression gasket, injectors for System Upgrade in Korea.

But would like to ask you guys to help me and tell me if this will work..
I want to place 4 extra injectors onto the intake manifold instead of getting an adapter with extra rails.
I want to know will this work?
I am asking this because i have tons of spares for hyundai in a warehouse and have many extra intake manifolds.
Alot of my customer are mechanics so shouldny be a problem to do engineering

And as for fuelling.
I have 630CC injectors... should i rather use another set of standard injectors as i have many new ones???
i think the the smaller injectors should be easier to tune using.

I will be tuning using the smt6 or 7.
Here are the price in South Africa.
SMT6 - $280
SMT7 - $333
EXCL INSTALL AND DYNO...
This seems like a good price...

Thanks for the help in advance

I have a manifold with 4 extra injector bungs welded in. I haven't got around to building my turbo kit yet, but i think it's one of the easiest ways of getting more fuel. You won't have to worry about any clearance issues with the extra injectors right in the manifold.

and 630CC is pretty big. how much power are you going for?

Hey thanks for the reply.
Im glad that that is going to work...
Can you give me some pictures so i have and idea on how to
go about and do it???
I would really appreciate it.

Well i got the 630CC's because i wanted to go standalone...
But i figured it is too big for the amount of gains i want and also it might be too uneconomical for daily use.
I am not looking for ridiculous power as it is my daily.
That is why i would rather have extra injectors..
Im going for a T3 since the manifold i got has a T3 flange.
Anything that will give my 2,0 a little more power..
I want to start boost with stock internals 0,5-0,7 bars.
How many PSI is that?

I phoned Perfect Power today...
I still dont know if i want the SMT6 or 7...
What you guys think?

i would go with smt 6 cause of the fact that you can get turbo box for it...

the turbo box wired reads the amount of boost you have it set at and then once the boost is reached forces the ecu into open loop for better tuning capabilities.
