after spending so much on a body kit that was like heck to put on, i found that just because it cost a lot doesn't mean it's going to perform any better or be anymore reliable.
Actually, if you "spent a lot" for a body kit, you would have gotten the REAL Veilside kit and it would have gone on a heck of a lot easier.
If your looking for a "cheap" turbo you can also look at the alpine kit. Speed-Factor is better though. JMO

the alpine kit isnt "cheap" its a ripoff from what comes with the kit unless you can find it for $2k or under. dont get me started on that kit.
also a wise man once told me....
"cheap, fast, reliable... pick two because you can't have all 3"
my question still wasn't answered.. im guessing he wants a kit..
but somehow he compares the performance of a turbo kit to the "performance" of a bodykit.. which i really dont think it has anything to do with performance unless you have FMIC and you want a bigger gap in the front bumper for more surface area of the intercooler to get hit with air

I only mentioned the alpine kit because it it an option, unless someone wanted to tackle putting something together w/o a kit. I also stated that speed factor is better. more HP for your $. I also agree that comparing the quality of cosmetic upgrades to mechanical upgrades is pointless. One may be willing to comprimize quality for $$ when it comes to looks, but play with that formula in performance.... you'll spend a lot more in the end after you damage your drivetrain.
