wastegate questions
ok on the top picture do i have to vacuum that hole. Its for a boost controller and i dont have one?And the second pic Can i leave that side hole open i dont have to connect it to anything?

Side port is for vacuum source. It opens the valve for venting exhaust.
Yes, you need to connect an exhaust pipe to the exit of the wastegate. Your pinky is where you mount it on your manifold.
You need to look at some diagrams and learn how a wastegate works. The instructions should tell you also.
