Along with the new intercooler i want to replace the turbo also... Currently i'm running a t3/t4 turbine .63 and compressor .50 whit good results, but i want to be more radical and feed the beast whit a Master Power Turbo turbine .48 and compressor .70...

a .48 turbine is kinda small for a turbo this size, i would use a .63 housing like your old one

funny choice,
why didn't you get a rught in lkeft out style intercooler?
i hate the way all the air has to make a very tight 180° turn in those style of intercooler, plus the fact that we got plenty of space to work with on our cars

Might be a little small on hotside, but idk, I'm using to guesstimating for bigger engines.
An improvement either way.
J/W, was the turbo you were using an eBay "T04e"? A lot of GK custom turbos (including mine) are those. You have nay problem with yours? Or was yours possibly a real one?

Interesting, it definately would have been more efficient if you stacked the cores vertically though, that way you could still have both the inlet/outlet on the same side while increasing the core surface area and the overall efficiency of the intercooler.
Nice top mount! Got any more pics of it? Possibly one with the hood shut from the front? Looks really good. I would have to assume it is a custom manifold correct?

Any problem so far... There's another turbo made by them with .63/.70 t3 flange...
Actually interesting you ask. My car was coughing up tons of smoke a couple days ago, and I was like "oh **** turbo's gone." I took the turbo off yesterday and it looks brand new, no shaft play, free-spinning, no oil anywhere. Of course that means something else is screwed up, exhaust valve seals or something, but it's not the turbo! lol. For low boost, I think the turboes are just fine. They're not at all what they were 5 years ago with them falling apart and stuff. I'm quite pleased with mine.
