vacuum line

okay, so i know everything there is to know about piecing together a turbo system on my tibby. only problem is.... i don't know about the vacuum lines too much. i know the wastegate, bov, and gauge have to have lines running to them. i also heard that the pcv is the best place to run the lines from and tee them. is this true? vacuum line diagrams would help you anyone can make one for me. thanks, also where is the pcv located? i know there are two different lines of the valve cover. one goes to the intake manifold and the other goes to the intake. thanks alot.

For WGA, you want a boost only signal (somewhere between the compressor outlet and the throttle body). For BOV operation and boost/vac gauge you want boost/vac signal (somewhere after the TB). Generally the BOV will be better off with a larger dia tube like 3/8" and the boost/vac gauge will be better off with a 1/8" hose. WG should be ~3/8" as well.
Other than that, it really doesn't matter. But don't use a PCV port, those need to vent blowby gas, you don't want that crap in your gauges or daiphragms. If you have an oil accumulator/catch can, your blowby gasses and whatnot fall and accumulate while the rest of it goes back into your IM to be burned off. You also have a pressure release (ans some blowby gets into it) that gets dumped in front of your compressor (after the intake air filter) and can some blowby can get into your compressor and muck that all up, unless you have a breather, which just allows it to VTA (kind of illegal) through an air fitler also to make sure dirty air doesn't get into yoru closed system. But you wouldn't want any signal lines off the PCV, I have never heard of that nor can I recommend it.

Was saying what I have on mine, I installed an Evo PCV into my valve cover - Beta 2 tho but I'd assume would fit the Beta 1

True, I've never heard of taking it from the PCV hose either due to the blow by issue with it possibly mucking up everything.

Many compressors have a nipple port on the housing, but if not, I drilled a hole in my IC and welded an alum bung there to tap into. It is up to you, just make sure if you are wanting boost only, it is before the TB and after the compressor outlet.
But I don't know enough about tibby's to say more specifically.
